The largest temple of Fujian Province is situated at ordinary west street of Licheng area, cover an area of 78,000 square meters. With large scale, grand building and beautiful scenery has won the equal level with Lingyinsi of Hangzhou and Guangjisi of Beijing. The Kaiyuan temple is a national key cultural relic unit and also the one of the "ten best good" beauty spots. Except this, there are many famous sightseeing spots such as Qingyuan Mountain (also called Bei Mountain, Quan Mountain and Qiyun Mountain) that is the north city's barrier of Quanzhou with an area of 62 square meters. The altitude of Qingyuan Mountain is 498 metres, it is 3 kilometers away from Quanzhou city area; and "Qingyuandingzhi" which has listed in one of the best sightseeing spots of Quanzhou in 1988; and Tianhou (the Queen of heaven) Palace which built in Qingyuan er nian (1196 AD) and situated at No 1, Tianhou Road, South Door, Quanzhou.
