Haerbin is the capital city of Heilongjiang, China's northernmost
providence. This industrial city has a population of over 30 million
people. Tourism and economic trade in Hearbin has been growing in
recent years, due to its friendly cross-border relationship with Russia.
To Koreans, Haerbin is most famous for the incident where Dr. Ahn
Jung Gun assassinated Ito Hirobumi, the Japanese leader of the Korean
invasion.
