Liui Shaoqi is the second great person born in Hunan Province. He was born in Tanzicong, Hua minlou, Ningxiang County on Nov. 24, 1898. He was once elected as the state chairman in 1959 and 1965.

Ningxiang County is affiliated to Changsha City, and the old address of Liu Shaoqi is 30 kilometers away Ningxiang County, 50 kilometers away Changsha City, and over 30 kilometers away Shaoshancong.

Huamin Pavilion is a place surrounded by low hills and the scenery is common, but because of the old address of Liu Shaoqi, it is famous, esp., after the destruction of "Four Bandits". At present it became a famous attractions and therefore the transportation becomes very convenient.
